How returns work
Unopened boxes come back within 30 days of delivery with the receipt. Bring them to the Otopeni desk, or write to us and we arrange the courier. Once the warehouse checks the goods, we refund the original payment method.
What cannot be returned
Cut tiles, opened boxes and anything made to your measurements cannot be returned. Stone and wood vary from piece to piece, so check the slabs or boards against your samples before the saw touches them.
Damaged or wrong items
If a delivery arrives damaged or something else than you ordered, tell us within two working days and keep everything as it arrived. Send a photo of the parcel and the goods, and we replace or refund without a return trip.
Refunds
Refunds go back the way the money came in, within five working days of the warehouse check. Delivery fees are refunded only when the whole order comes back or the mistake was ours.
