These terms govern the use of qumod.ro and purchases made through it. QUMOD is a brand of Quadra Casa SRL, registered in Romania. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
02 · Orders and payment
Prices include VAT. Payment is processed securely with 3D Secure. Click and collect orders are held at the Otopeni desk for 7 days. An order is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email.
03 · Returns
Unused materials in original packaging can be returned within 30 days, with proof of purchase. Cut-to-order and special-order items are exempt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
